Ferries to Jersey

Poole and Portsmouth are the only UK ferry ports you can catch the ferry to Jersey.  Sailing durations to Jersey vary depending on which boat or port you choose.  If you are looking for the quickest sailing time to Jersey, then Poole will be your best option.  However if you are looking for a cheaper deal and you have time on your side Portsmouth can be a cheap option.  Portsmouth port operates year round daily sailings to Jersey, whereas Poole offers limited winter sailings but a daily main season service from April to October.  Travelling by sea can be a great option to allow you to explore the island of Jersey, as can you take your car and pack everything you need to avoid excess baggage charges.

Step Back In Time At Mont Orgueil

Feeling Medieval? Mont Orgueil is the place to visit! Admire the castle’s impressive structure, but don’t forget to take in some of its 800-year-old history while you’re there. Mont Orgueil has looked out over the fishing village of Gorey for centuries and is a stunning thing to behold all year round!

Whether it’s family fun, a day out with friends or a first date, a trip to the zoo is always a good choice! Now over 50 years old, this conservation zoo is a haven to spectacular creatures from all over the world.
