Feeling Medieval? Mont Orgueil is the place to visit! Admire the castle’s impressive structure, but don’t forget to take in some of its 800-year-old history while you’re there. Mont Orgueil has looked out over the fishing village of Gorey for centuries and is a stunning thing to behold all year round!

Whether it’s family fun, a day out with friends or a first date, a trip to the zoo is always a good choice! Now over 50 years old, this conservation zoo is a haven to spectacular creatures from all over the world. That’s not all Jersey zoo has to offer though – the 32-acre park is full of perfect spots to simply kick back and relax for a while.

Elizabeth Castle has all you need if you’re interested in Jersey’s history and heritage. Accessible at low tide by foot, or at high tide by castle ferry, this castle located in St Aubin’s bay gives you the chance to explore its bunkers and battlements and immerse yourself in 16th century Jersey.

Watch for low tide to reveal the causeway that’ll allow you to adventure out to the far south-western point of Jersey known as La Corbière and visit its iconic lighthouse. This striking structure has looked out over the seas for almost 150 years. Don’t miss the chance to discover it for yourself!

Located beside the beautiful St Helier harbour, the Maritime Museum gives visitors the chance to learn about famous ships, sailors, and the ancient art of boat building.

Head south-west and visit St Brelade’s Church, one of the 12 parish churches in Jersey. As one of the very few surviving medieval churches in the Channel Islands, you can enjoy the excitement of visiting such an ancient and unique place, while taking in the history.

Take a step into the history of wartime Jersey with a visit it the Jersey War Tunnels. Nowhere else will you find an opportunity to see so vividly what life was like in Jersey during WWII, under German occupation and control. A visit to the tunnels provides so much to see and do, with an exhibition, the garden, cafés and shops, and even an escape room experience!

From laser clay pigeon shooting, to mini golf and even bungee trampolines, there really is something for every family here! Relax after the activities at the on-site restaurant, but don’t stop for too long – there’s so much to do!

St Brelade’s Bay isn’t only one of the best beaches in Jersey, it also hosts a variety of water sports and activities for groups of friends and families to enjoy! Whether you’re a seasoned expert or a complete beginner, there are plenty of activities to try here, such as paddle boarding, banana boating, and pier jumping.
